Rybelsus reviews by real patients are considered one of the main factors in choosing an antidiabetic medicine. Reviews by real patients in real-life situations are considered more realistic than data presented in clinical trials.
Rybelsus is an oral GLP-1 analog, generic being Semaglutide. It is available in 3 mg, 7 mg, and 14 mg tablets.
Treatment is initiated in a dose of 3 mg which is then increased at weekly intervals to 7 and 14 mg if required. Other formulations of Semaglutide are Ozempic and Wegovy.
You can rate your experience using Rybelsus and write a review or mail us your review at dibesity.com@gmail.com. We will publish your reviews here at the end of this post.

Rybelsus Reviews from WebMd:
A total of three reviews were found as of today. The results are shown in the picture below:
Among the three users who rated oral Rybelsus, one had a positive review. The other two developed serious side effects including nausea, vomiting, didn’t feel like eating, and low blood glucose.
One patient reported palpitations and had a heart rate of 130 per minute (from a baseline of 100 per minute).
The same patient also stated that he had very bad dreams and wished to have eaten the whole refrigerator.

Some patients rated it awesome. One patient reported a drop in HbA1C from 9.7 to 5.1 and lost about 50 lbs.
One pre-diabetic patient with a BMI of more than 30 kg/m² rated it 10 out of 10, hoping to lose weight as he did not achieve weight loss targets with regular exercise and 16 hours of fasting daily.
He did not experience any drug-related side effects with 3 mg and planned to increase the dose to 7 mg.
Another pre-diabetic patient lost 30 lbs after four months without exercise. He only reported nausea but that was not troublesome.
Another patient who had uncontrolled diabetes achieved excellent glycemic control and lost 24 lbs in just six weeks.
One obese diabetic patient achieved excellent glycemic control and lost significant weight from 335 lbs to 285 lbs in six months (50 lbs).
Most patients who gave less rating to the drug were because of the stomach-related side effects of the drug. One patient gave it three stars because of severe nausea, indigestion, vomiting, and rapid heart rate.
Rybelsus reviews at Reddit:
Most users here had similar experiences. People had the same gastrointestinal side effects with nausea being dominant. Most users had suppressed appetite.
One patient reported that he experienced food restriction similar to what he had for the first six months after sleeve gastrectomy. Now that he was 10 years post-bariatric surgery, he wanted to stop weight regain and Rybelsus was the answer.
Constipation was another side effect people talked about here. One patient got relieved of constipation with simple magnesium OTC medicines.
One patient mentioned USD 900 as the price of 30 pills. Since his insurance did not cover that, he was upset.
Other patients in Denmark get the same pills for USD 130 (compared to USD 3 for metformin). Some patients were so optimistic that they were paying from their own pockets.
Sleep disorder as a side effect of Rybelsus:
When searching for Rybelsus reviews, I noticed this strange side effect reported by quite a number of patients. Patients had palpitations and insomnia.
There is little explanation for sleep problems at this time, however, because it affects the central hunger pathways, it may also have some effect on the reticular activating system. This could be one explanation.
Another could be simply abdominal bloating, nausea, heartburn, vomiting, and abdominal pain that does not let a person sleep.
One patient reported a severe abdominal muscle spasm that he developed a hernia.
Apart from the gastrointestinal side effects, no major life-threatening adverse drug reactions were reported in all the clinical reviews.
Rybelsus Reviews and Ratings at Dibesity.com:
Rybelsus is not an FDA-approved drug for weight loss. The only FDA-approved formulation of Semaglutide is Wegovy which is a high dose once-weekly injectable Semaglutide.
However, the weight loss effects of Rybelsus have been comparable to Liraglutide. It is of note that Liraglutide has been approved by the FDA for weight loss. Furthermore, Liraglutide is an injectable medicine while Rybelsus is taken orally once daily.
