Dupixent atopic dermatitis dosing and Dose in Allergic Asthma, chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps, and eosinophilic esophagitis are discussed here. Tables are made to make interpretations easier.
Dupixent atopic dermatitis dosing and dose in other conditions including allergic asthma vary a little bit.
For the treatment of atopic dermatitis, allergic asthma, nasal polyps, and eosinophilic esophagitis, the manufacturer recommends following these schedules [Ref]:
Dupixent Dose in atopic dermatitis:
The dose of Dupixent is a little different than that of patients with allergic asthma. However, when comorbid asthma or another condition exists, the manufacturer recommends following the highest recommended dose.
For example, a patient with asthma and atopic dermatitis or nasal polyps is being prescribed Dupixent.
Now, among the three comorbid conditions, atopic dermatitis requires the highest dose followed by asthma and nasal polyps.
here, we should follow the dose recommended for patients with atopic dermatitis.

Dupixent Allergic Asthma Dosing:
The dose used to treat allergic asthma is slightly lower than that of patients with atopic dermatitis. Dupixent is recommended for the treatment of allergic asthma in children who are at least 6 years of age.
In the presence of comorbid conditions such as topics dermatitis, the dose that will treat both conditions should be used.
So, with concomitant atopic dermatitis and asthma, the dose used should be that used to treat atopic dermatitis.
